Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order (excluding weekends).   

As soon as your product ships you will be notified via e-mail.  Most orders ship ground service via US mail.  A $3.00 shipping and handling charge added on to each order.  All orders over $25.00 receive free shipping.  Orders of $50.00 or more will receive a pair of earrings of our choice (a $10.00 value) absolutely FREE so we encourage you to shop, shop, shop!

RETURNS POLICY

If you receive a damaged item, then we will gladly replace that item for you.   Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address to return the product.

We recommend that you securely repack the item in bubble wrap and choose the delivery confirmation option.  We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.   We will notify you via e-mail when your replacement item has shipped.
